12/2/2021 Version Control + Prototype and SRS

Update the entire Unity Editor version to 2021.2.4f1.
Get everyone on the same page. Making sure everyone has the latest version of Unity editor.
Manually update package manager. Window/Package Manager/In Project update to latest version for all packages.
Completed
Added About page, with working buttons.
Fixed errors from old previous versions.
Introduced some new errors, fix that later.

Get JSON files to display data to screen
Get encounters scene to run correctly
